Crystal is dedicated to helping children communicate, connect, and thrive. With a deep commitment to early literacy and connection-centered care, she founded Evolve Therapy Connections to provide families in Hereford, TX and surrounding areas with individualized, high-quality speech therapy.

Evolve is her passion — and she means that wholeheartedly. Crystal believes that every child she connects with is an opportunity to make a real, lasting difference, and she doesn't take that lightly. Her goal is simple: to leave an impact on every child and family she has the privilege of working with.

Outside of the therapy room, Crystal is a total foodie who loves trying new restaurants and recipes, a travel enthusiast who believes every trip is an adventure worth taking, and someone who genuinely treasures time spent with family and friends. She brings that same warmth, curiosity, and joy into every session.
